Fickle Feelings

Feelings are momentary and subjective. They may be intense or mild, but they are always fleeting. Even the level felt can change in a moment, only requiring a slight change in mood or circumstance. Feelings are not a reliable source of information in terms of decision making. They are rushed and instinctual; often being brought on by things outside of our control and our ability to alter. Feelings can be manipulated to hurt or help depending on the day. Love is NOT a feeling! God is love and He will never waver.
